The VoltShield System™ can be applied on-site to both new and existing insulators by Ritec’s professional and specially-trained technicians.

The System ensures that all existing pollutants are removed as necessary to restore the initial surface properties before the application of the VoltShield® liquid for long-lasting protection and increased insulator performance.

Factory Application

Where access problems and costly outages may render on-site treatment impractical, VoltShield® can be applied effectively on insulators in a factory environment under controlled conditions.

This is a cost-effective solution for new insulators prior to installation.
